I have worked with kids, teens and families for over 20 years in the school system and recently transitioned to part time private practice. I am a solution focused therapist, rooted in a family systems approach to my work. I seek to understand, validate and help clients find meaningful solutions. I build collaborative, genuine working relationships with clients to help them discover their own strengths. I use simple, evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy and narrative therapy to help people identify, recognize, identify goals to move forward in their own growth and development. My goal is to help individuals understand how their thoughts, behaviors and support systems can help them become strong and resilient.
